SOLÉ was born between studio bookings and busy mornings — a pilates bag that deserved better than an afterthought. Warm nudes that belong in daylight. Grip that earns its place.

What size socks should I order?

Two sizes cover most feet — 36–40 and 40–44. Size 40? Pick 36–40 unless your foot is wide. If you sit between sizes, round down: the knit gives, and a snug fit keeps the grip exactly where it should be. Should it land wrong, your first size swap is on us.

When will my order ship?

Everything is in stock — your order ships within 1–3 working days, packed by hand and tracked from our door to yours. Delivery is on us on orders of AED 199+ across the UAE; below that it is a flat AED 12, shown before you pay. Cash on delivery adds nothing.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay the courier when your SOLÉ arrives, or pay by card at checkout. Cash on delivery adds nothing.

What if the size is wrong?

Simple. Keep them unworn in their packaging and write to hello@thesole.ae within 14 days. Your first size swap is collected and redelivered free; any further swap is AED 12. Anything faulty is collected free, always.

How do I wash the socks?

Combed cotton with a silicone grip sole. To keep the grip gripping: machine wash at 30°, inside out, no fabric softener (it coats the silicone), air dry, never tumble.

What's in the Band Set?

Three fabric bands — light, medium, and heavy — that don't roll, dig or pinch. They arrive folded into a soft cotton pouch, ready for the mat or the bag. The bands contain natural rubber latex, so they are not suitable if you have a latex allergy. Care: wipe clean or hand wash, air dry, and keep them away from heat.
